Policies
Standard Delivery
Standard HDR and aerial photography delivery is next-day by noon. Standard twilight photography delivery is 24 hours and virtual staging first draft delivery is 48 hours. Standard aerial video, walk-through video, social media reel and 360° virtual tour delivery is three to four-days (depending on the size of the property). All of the above applies to local time and excludes Sundays and holidays.
RUSH Delivery Options
Add $25 for RUSH DELIVERY of still photography. For RUSH DELIVERY, your photography shoot must be completed by 3pm and delivery is guaranteed by 9pm that evening. RUSH DELIVERY for aerial videos, walk-through videos, social media reels and 360° virtual tours can be requested, but not promised, and will be based on our team's current production schedule. We will do our very best!
Reshoot Policy
For situations where home repairs, renovations, improvements, better conditions, etc. occur after a property is photographed by Social House Photography and a reshoot of that area is requested, a maximum of 10 photos will be delivered in two days and added to the original gallery for a $80 reshoot fee.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to two hours before your scheduled photography time for inclement weather and the day prior to the shoot for any reason at all without a cancellation fee charged. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for any cancellation made on the same day.
Travel Charge
We set standard travel fees for projects that are outside of our immediate service area based on the miles travelled to each location. We will inform you of any potential travel fees at the time of scheduling.
